Educational content and proprietary software used in the Course are owned by **FELICITA LLC**, a limited liability company registered in Nevada, USA (601 E Charleston Blvd STE 100, Las Vegas, NV, 89104), and licensed to the School for instructional use.
These Terms govern the relationship between Natalia Pechenova, operating as a sole proprietor under the registered business name **Felicita Astrology** (ICO 56270925, VAT SK1080169893, Slovakia), hereinafter referred to as the “School”, and the individual participating in the Course / educational program (hereinafter referred to as the “Student”) in connection with participation in any course offered by the School (hereinafter referred to as the “Course”).
Some conditions may vary depending on the specific course or software used. See the course description for details.
1. Methodological Foundation
1.1. The Course is based on the proprietary methodology developed by the Saint Petersburg Astrological Academy and its founder, S.V. Shestopalov.
1.2. All interpretations, formulas, and analytical conclusions studied throughout the Course are derived from this methodology, which has demonstrated an accuracy rate of over 90%.
1.3. In cases where the outcome deviates from expectations, the Student agrees to conduct an additional review with an instructor, as such situations require individual analysis and cannot be assessed in isolation.
2. Responsibility for Input Data
2.1. The Student bears full responsibility for the accuracy of the data entered into the system (including birth time, place of birth, and current place of residence), which are essential for constructing astrological charts.
2.2. If the data provided are inaccurate or incorrect, the reliability of the resulting interpretations cannot be guaranteed.
2.3. The Student acknowledges that all conclusions and recommendations based on the chart fully depend on the precision of the data used to generate it.
2.4. The Student remains solely responsible for the accuracy of the horoscope unless a professional rectification has been performed by a certified instructor of the School.
3. Course Structure and Payment Terms
3.1. The duration of the Course is fixed and depends on the specific program selected. Students are expected to follow the recommended learning schedule and complete the Course within the designated timeframe.
3.2. The training is delivered according to a structured pace outlined in the program, with 2 to 4 lessons released per week.
3.3. Access to each subsequent lesson is granted only after the previous lesson has been completed and the associated test has been successfully passed.
3.4. Payment is made on a monthly basis, in advance, for the upcoming month.
3.5. In the event of valid circumstances (such as illness, travel, or other justified reasons), a temporary pause in the training may be granted, and course access may be extended by individual agreement.
4. Refund Policy
4.1. A full refund for the first month of training is available without the need to provide any explanation, provided the request is submitted no later than the last day of the first month of enrollment.
4.2. Refunds for subsequent months are not available. However, the Student may pause their studies and resume later without any additional payment for the months that were already paid for.
5. Course Completion and Certification
5.1. Upon successful completion of all course modules, full payment of tuition, and the defense of the final thesis project, the Student will be awarded a certificate of course completion.
5.2. The Student will also receive access to the astrological software as a Certified Professional Consultant.
6. Use of Software
6.1. Access to the astrological software is included in the tuition fee for the entire duration of the Course.
6.2. After the Course is completed, continued use of the software is subject to a separate paid subscription, in accordance with the current pricing and the modules selected.
7. Restrictions on Consulting
7.1. The Student is not permitted to provide astrological consultations to third parties based on the content of the current Course until the official certificate of completion for that Course has been issued.
Consulting is only allowed in areas where the Student has already successfully completed a previous certified program offered by the School.
7.2. During the Course, the Student may use generated charts and collected data strictly for educational purposes, including assignments, practice, and preparation of the final thesis project.
8. Personal Data and GDPR Compliance
8.1. In order to fulfill its obligations related to the organization and delivery of educational services, the School processes the Student’s personal data on the legal basis of Article 6(1)(b) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) — performance of a contract to which the data subject is a party.
8.2. For the purposes of registration on the online learning platform, granting access to course materials and software, and issuing a course completion certificate, the School collects and processes the following personal data:
The Student’s email address;
The Student’s legal first and last name.
8.3. These data are processed exclusively for the following purposes:
Technical support during the learning process;
Administration of the Student’s user account;
Communication with the Student regarding the Course;
Issuance of a personalized course completion certificate.
8.4. Personal data will not be shared with third parties or made public. The only exception is the inclusion of the Student in the public registry of certified consultants, which is done only with the Student’s explicit, voluntary, and documented consent, in accordance with Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR.
8.5. The Student has the right to:
Request access to their personal data;
Request correction, deletion, or restriction of processing;
Object to data processing;
Request data portability;
Withdraw consent (where processing is based on consent) at any time;
Lodge a complaint with the relevant data protection authority (DPA) in their country.

9. Use of Student Charts
9.1. Student horoscopes and analytical work may be used by the School in anonymized form for the following purposes:
– to verify the accuracy of the methodology;
– to analyze case studies;
– to develop educational materials;
– to conduct scientific research.
9.2. All data is anonymized to ensure that no individual can be identified.
9.3. This use is based on the School’s legitimate interest under Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR.
10. Intellectual Property
All course materials, software, and educational content used in the Course are the intellectual property of **FELICITA LLC** (Nevada, USA), and are licensed to Natalia Pechenova (Felicita Astrology) for delivery within the training program.
The Student receives a limited, personal, non-exclusive, and non-transferable license to use these materials solely for the purpose of completing the Course.
Reproduction, distribution, modification, or disclosure of any materials outside of personal use is strictly prohibited without written permission from **FELICITA LLC**.
11. Student Conduct and Code of Ethics
The Student agrees to maintain respectful, constructive communication with instructors and fellow students.
In cases of repeated violations of platform rules, unethical behavior, spreading misinformation, or deliberate misrepresentation of the methodology, the School reserves the right to suspend or terminate the Student’s access to the Course without refund.
12. Limitation of Liability
The School is not responsible for any decisions made by the Student or third parties based on the Student’s interpretations or recommendations developed during the Course.
The Course is an educational product and does not constitute medical, psychological, or legal advice. The knowledge gained is intended for professional development and is not a substitute for licensed professional services.
In the event of technical disruptions that result in temporary platform inaccessibility, the School will make reasonable efforts to restore access but is not liable for downtime caused by third-party services (such as internet providers, hosting platforms, or email systems).
13. Force Majeure
Neither party shall be held liable for partial or complete failure to fulfill obligations under these Terms due to force majeure circumstances, including but not limited to natural disasters, technological accidents, war, epidemics, power outages, or governmental restrictions.
In such cases, all deadlines and obligations shall be postponed for the duration of the force majeure event.

15. Acceptance of Terms
By submitting payment for any Course offered by the School, the Student confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Enrollment in full.
